- Respond promptly to user inquiries, system support requests, and medical record needs.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and transitioning clinical and revenue cycle systems.
✅ Turn Data into Action:
- Analyze data, build insightful dashboards, and craft dynamic presentations that spotlight trends.
- Develop and deliver engaging training on platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
✅ Streamline & Automate:
- Create job aids and automated alerts/reminders to boost compliance and patient safety.
- Optimize system usage through continuous education and process improvements.
✅ Collaborate & Support:
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with HDG’s Managed Communities.
- Support clinical integration and help drive operational excellence with your data expertise.
✅ Innovate & Elevate:
- Develop reporting tools that transform raw data into strategic insights, pushing the business to take action.
- Embrace additional duties as needed to keep our clinical systems running like a well-oiled machine.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Awesome Analytical Skills 😃)
✔ Education & Expertise:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid knowledge of medical informatics and clinical data analysis.
✔ Tech Savvy:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with data entry systems, databases, and clinical software.

- A keen eye for accuracy with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
