Job Description
Advanced Practice Provider - Oncology
Wethersfield, Connecticut

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with our Oncology Department.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting in-office follow-ups with oncology patients
- Providing continuity of care for oncology patients
- Performing hospital consults and follow up care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients
- Providing weekend coverage for the hospital as part of the oncology team
- Valid Connecticut license is required
- Oncology experience strongly encouraged, but not required
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
