Responsibilities
- Candidate will provide 3-month annual period of coverage of the inpatient General Medicine service.
- Precepting medical students and participating in faculty development tailored to development as educators
- Develop a thriving outpatient practice at 51 Audubon Avenue, consisting of 8 four hour sessions per week, according to the facility’s standard operating procedures.
- Position will be supported by the Practice Manager, Billing Specialist and Divisional Administrator.
- Candidates must hold the MD degree, be board certified/eligible Endocrinology, and eligible to practice in the State of New York.
- Subspecialty qualifications, such as thyroid biopsies, interpretation of DXA scans, or insulin pump/CGM technologies are desirable, but not required.
