Practice Highlights
- Patient-centered, purely outpatient practice with an average of 17-19 patients per day
- Procedures performed in-office include: suturing, staples, urinary catheterization, simple I&D, rapid respiratory screens, and mono/strept testing.
- Mid-level support includes multiple PNPs (all lactation certified) as well as patient care assistants for clinical support
- Moving to a new, modern building in the near future with personalized office space and large clinical work area.
- Full-time position with a flexible, balanced schedule
- One day off per week
- Light weekend call schedule (1:4 rotation) with overnight call serviced by Nursing triage
- No inpatient or newborn rounding required
- Partnership opportunities available
- Competitive starting salary of $160,000 - $180,000, with earning potential of $200,000 once partnership is established
- Benefits package includes 3 weeks of PTO for the first year; comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice insurance; life and disability policies; and yearly CME allowance
- Relocation assistance is negotiable
