Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care and services to residents under the supervision of a nurse.
- $3000 Sign-on bonus for all shifts
- Rates starting at $21.05 per hour
- Full-time shifts available: 7a-3p, 3-11p, 11p-7a
- Newly renovated units opening - Exciting growth time!
- Assists the resident with activities of daily living
- Recognizes residents' strengths and uses rehabilitative nursing techniques to restore or maintain independence
- Reports observations to Nurse concerning the residents' condition or activities
- Assist in meeting the resident's emotional needs.
- Assists in provision of a safe and clean environment
- Participates as team member in inter disciplinary care conference as requested.
- Transports residents from one nursing unit to another.
- Attends staff development programs related to job responsibilities and maintains educational requirements needed for certifications
