St. Francis is known for its outstanding cardiology program which includes, invasive, invasive-interventional, electrophysiology and Cardiothoracic surgery. Our cath lab volume has doubled in the last two years due to growth in the cardiology practice. We are investing millions of dollars in additional cath lab technology. The Physician Assistant (PA)
The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus is a joint venture between The University of Kansas Health System which is the state's only academic healthcare system and Ardent Health System, which has been awarded "Best Places to Work" by Modern Healthcare. The 378-bed facility, with 400 providers, is located in a 425K service area.

The Physician Assistant (PA)
- Coordinates patients care, including Inpatients and ambulatory with acute and chronic conditions
- Assists CV Surgeon in the OR and in the Clinic
- Participates in Call rotation with Surgeon(s) and other APPs
- Works independently and interdependently with physicians
- EMR: EPIC
- Cardiac Surgery experience is required
- Vein harvesting experience
- Advanced PA Certification?
- Base salary wRVU production incentive
