Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is growing to serve our community. This is a great opportunity for physicians and advanced practice clinicians to join our primary care division. More than 2,000 primary care and specialty physicians, as well as more than 800 advanced practice clinicians, are employed by the health network through LVPG.
This practice is located in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Join an established team of one experienced, bilingual physician, an experienced nurse practitioner and a bilingual physician assistant. This is a cherished community practice with excellent network support.

In a family medicine career with LVHN, you’ll experience:
- Flexible Monday-Friday schedules
- Free scribe services
- Onsite and remote care team to support physicians and APCs
- LVPG primary care APCs provide care for their own patient panel and see additional acute and follow up patients from the practice, as needed.
- Full time clinicians are scheduled 36 patient hours and 4 hours of administrative time
- Call is shared with other practices in the region and goes to nurse triage first.
- There are opportunities to teach nurse practitioner and physician assistant students, if interested

- 2 years of experience as a clinician in Family Medicine/Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine
- A Valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
