Located on the banks fo the Kennebec River in Waterville, Maine, this hospital-employed, outpatient family medicine practice is seeking an experienced family medicine physician/medical director to join their patient-focused team in providing quality, compassionate care to the community.

The weekly schedule for this role involves 16 hours of direct patient contact, with the remainder of the time dedicated to practice leadership and care coordination. Elmwood Primary Care has considerable behavioral health support, including a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, a licensed clinical social worker providing counseling services, and social work services within the practice.
