The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Primary Care Physician to support our Family Medicine office located at 150 Marketplace Blvd, Unit 9 Rochester NH. Weekly schedules consist of 32 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 8 hours of administrative time. The physician will work on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Thursdays will be the physician’s dedicated remote/administrative day.
The physician will have their own panel of 1200 patients. Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being. In addition to offering traditional primary care visits, this practice also offers same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team. This location also has a free-standing lab drawing station open Monday-Friday from 6:45am – 3:00pm.

Experience
- Two or more years of Primary Care work experience preferred, particularly in a community-based ambulatory setting or primary care physician practice
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active New Hampshire Medical License
