- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:30p. One Saturday per month but given the prior Friday off.
- Job Setting: Clinic
- Types of Cases: Outpatient Primary Care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
- Must have an active New York state license
- Must be Board Certified
