- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Job Setting: Primary Care Office (All Ages)
- Types of Cases: Primary care needs/ Some procedures (Athletic sports – All help with injuries) (injections, casting). Peds Visits, well child visits and vaccinations
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Active Alabama State license required
- Board Certification required
