We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician with Board Certification in Family Medicine to join our growing healthcare team in Portsmouth, NH, conveniently located near the Pease International Tradeport. - Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness management, and wellness visits for all age groups.
- Supervision of APPs: Lead and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), overseeing their patient care activities, offering guidance, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Collaborative Care: Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, APPs, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated care.
- Patient Education: Promote health education and wellness strategies to patients, encouraging adherence to treatment plans and preventive care measures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Minimal Call Schedule: Participate in a minimal call schedule, with opportunities for additional flexibility.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Active New Hampshire Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PAs)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.
- Commitment to patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine.

- Knowledge of and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with integrated care models, including the coordination of services such as imaging, laboratory, and specialty care.
