- BC or BE required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 5 - 7 surgeries per week
- General adult ENT with facial trauma, endoscopic, thyroidectomy, paratidectomy, otologic surgeries
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
