- Practice has 2 office locations Sandy Springs, Johns Creek
- 3 FT CNMs,
- Weekly -Two (2) calls
- 1 Weekend call monthly.
- NO in-house call
- Call from home and back up CNMs
- Office EMR: Athena; Hospitals EMR: Epic
- MD or DO
- BC or BE in OB/GYN
- Active GA medical license or the ability to obtain a GA medical license
- DEA; BLS
