- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Nights
- ACLS and BLS needed
- Up to 10 patients per day, all adults
- ECMO management, central & arterial lines, chest tubes & experience with VAD required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
