- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, Weekend call
- 1 - 3 cases per weekend
- Craniotomy for tumor & aneurysm, VP shunt, cervical, thoracic, lumbar decompression
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
