- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- Provider need to be 1 full day onsite (every 2 weeks) and rest can be hybrid
- 26 hours in a week
- Adult outpatient psychiatry
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
