Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire

We handle both chronic and acute conditions, balancing observation patients as well as telemetry and cardiac care. Our patients present with multi-system needs, including chest pain, heart failure, dysrhythmias, sepsis, infectious disease, wound management, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, TIA, gastrointestinal conditions and more. We also care for patients requiring surgical interventions such as cath lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and anticoagulation therapies
