Your Leadership Role
As the Medical Director of Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging, you will lead a thriving imaging program, driving clinical excellence, fostering academic growth, and advancing research innovation.
- Program Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the advanced cardiovascular imaging program, including strategic planning, clinical operations, and program development. Build and maintain a world-class imaging team, ensuring delivery of cutting-edge, evidence-based care.
- Innovation and Excellence: Lead the adoption and integration of advanced imaging technologiesand protocols that enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
- Academic Leadership: Serve as a leader in medical education, mentoring fellows, trainees, and junior faculty. Develop and deliver innovative curricula in advanced imaging and cardiovascular medicine.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead high-impact research initiatives in advanced cardiovascular imaging, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and securing funding for innovative projects.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with leaders across cardiovascular subspecialties to optimize imaging integration into patient care pathways and research protocols.
- Administrative Oversight: Provide operational leadership, ensuring the program meets clinical, academic, and financial goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.
- MD/DO degree required.
- Board certification in Cardiology, with additional certification or expertise in advanced cardiovascular imaging (e.g., cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology).
- Active medical license from an accredited institution.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical, academic, or administrative capacity within cardiovascular imaging.
- Expertise in performing and interpreting advanced imaging studies, with a track record of integrating imaging into clinical care and research.
- Strong academic credentials, including a history of mentoring, teaching, and publishing in the field of cardiovascular imaging.
- Visionary leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration.
