Practice Highlights

• Established Patient Base: Step into a practice with a captured referral base, ensuring a steady stream of patients and a quick ramp-up.

• Advanced Facilities: Work with state-of-the-art technology, including 3 da Vinci robots, at our recently renovated, 270-bed Level II trauma center.

• $200,000 Signing Bonus: Receive a generous signing bonus, structured as a loan forgiven over 4 years.

Call Schedule

• 1:3 Call Rotation: Share call responsibilities with other urologists, with a mix of heavier and lighter call nights and weekends.
