The Department of Psychiatry at Stamford Health is seeking a full-time, experienced Nocturnist Psychiatrist to provide full-time inpatient Consult & Liaison services within Stamford Hospital. The new physician will provide high quality, direct patient-centered psychiatric care on the medical & surgical floors and hospital emergency department. Stamford Hospital has a 24-bed inpatient unit. Our ideal candidate has overnight C & L experience; however, we will also consider new graduates. We seek a candidate who will be available to start a new position this August or September.

Job Description
- Three (3) 15-hour overnight shifts from 5pm to 8am, 45 hours per week
- Same schedule for our current nocturnists
- Work overnights, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- No mandatory on call. Additional hours are available if desired
- Excellent leadership support and mentorship
- Some academic responsibilities
