What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine position at Health eCareers?
MaineHealth Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics practice is currently seeking an experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to join this established practice located at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH. Recognized as a NCQA Patient Centered Home, MaineHealth Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics follows a team-based care model with integrated subspecialties and is supported by a friendly & collaborative care team.
Join us and you’ll also find supportive, collaborative colleagues; strong patient/provider relationships; comprehensive resources and advanced technologies, including fully integrated Epic EMR. This position will help facilitate Perioperative clearance for our busy surgical programs.
We are located in a truly magnificent area; North Conway is at the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and offers some of the most spectacular natural beauty and outdoor recreation found anywhere in the country.

Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a master’s degree level of education.
- Current Board Certification as a NP.
- Active State of NH NP license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Prior experience in a physician office setting is preferred.
- Join a multidisciplinary group of Family Practitioners with subspecialists in Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Podiatry.
