The Opportunity
OB/GYN Physician – Maternal Health Access Solutions
This role includes on-call duty on weeknights and weekends. You will not be required to stay on the premises when on call but must be within a 20-minute drive of the facility. OBHG will cover lodging costs.
Our OB/GYN Physician Positions Offer
West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital is a 225-bed acute care facility. Dyersburg Hospital currently sees approximately 500 annual deliveries. Dyersburg offers a variety of prenatal and family classes and is uniquely qualified to offer assistance with breastfeeding by the international board-
certified lactation consultants. The hospital also conducts neonatal research initiatives to improve the quality of care for the most vulnerable patients.
The Location
Dyersburg is known for its southern charm and offers residents a suburban feel. The area is very family-friendly and the public schools are highly rated. Nearby are several state parks like the Reelfoot Lake State Park which boasts majestic cypress trees and offers visitors camping, festivals, and other outdoor adventures. Memphis, known as "The home of the blues and the birthplace of rock 'n roll," is just an hour and a half away.
OB/GYN Physician – Maternal Health Access Solutions
- Full Scope Generalist for both inpatient and outpatient services
- Clinic coverage M-F
- Block scheduling of 5, 24 hr. shifts with an intended schedule of 5 on/10 off
- Travel expenses covered
- Work 1/3 of the year!
