- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- 100% adult patients
- Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 Days
- Board Certification is required or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
