A leader with proven management experience in fostering and growing a high-performing team while expanding patient services through strategic innovation, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership.
Endeavor Health’s state-of-the art Eye and Vision Center is the largest multi-specialty Ophthalmology group on the north shore of Chicago. Join a team comprised of dedicated faculty that provide a multitude of patient services in all ophthalmic subspecialties. This consists of 13 Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, including 9 Comprehensive Ophthalmologists, most with subspecialty training. Our supporting staff is outstanding, dedicated, and well trained.

What You Will Need
- 5 years of progressive
- Illinois Medical License or pending
- Board certified in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills
- EPIC Medical Records experience preferred
Leadership & Administration
- Provide strategic direction for the division in alignment with institutional goals.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture among physicians, staff, and other departments.
- Advocate for resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and adherence to best practices.
- Drive innovation in clinical services, including new treatments and surgical techniques.
- Oversee the expansion of patient services to meet community needs.
- Maintain a personal clinical practice
- Recruit, retain, and mentor faculty, physicians, and clinical staff.
- Promote professional development, continuing education, and leadership growth within the division.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all team members.
- Support and advance clinical research and innovation within ophthalmology.
- Encourage participation in trials, new technology adoption, and academic publications.
- Oversee medical education programs, including residency and fellowship training.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and mentorship for medical students and trainees.
- Develop and implement educational initiatives in line with institutional objectives.
- Optimize clinic workflows and efficiency while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on service line expansion and capital investments
