- Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- Types of Cases: General Ophthalmology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Active Montana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
- Electronic Record (EMR): Cerner
