- Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP palliative care, $68,000
- Sign on bonus: $3,000
- CME: annually 3 days and $1,800
- PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays
- Incentive
- Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
- Production incentive based on wRVU
- Monday-Friday: hours are flexible based on practice and provider needs
- Call requirements: 7 nights per month
- Start: As soon as possible
- EMR system - Epic
