The client is seeking two locum providersMD/DO or NP/PAfor a flexible schedule of 3 to 5 days per week, potentially including Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly (32 clinical, 8 administrative). Credentialing details are pending, and facility hours vary by location. There is no on-call responsibility, and providers will see 1620 patients daily, ranging from newborns to college-aged, with flexibility on newborn care. Required certifications include BC/BE, Oregon license, and DEA, with COVID or flu vaccination preferred. The practice is fully staffed with RNs and MAs, and uses Athena EMR. A five-day ramp-up and EMR training are provided. The ideal candidate should speak fluent English, as heavy accents may not be well received by the local, less-diverse Southeast Portland population. Patient volume decreases in summer months.
