Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Metuchen, NJ. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with treatments, conducting assessments, and educating patients and their families about proper care and rehabilitation techniques.
Responsibilities: Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Assisting with treatments and exercises as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have current licensure or certification in the state of NJ. A degree from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association is also required. In addition, you should have at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
