- Position: Physician- Concierge
- Salary: $275,000-$300,000. Pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. With the ability to make over 500K.
- Location: 600 W Lake Cook Road Buffalo Grove IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time
- Small office with excellent staff
- Hours: Hours vary depending on need
- Preventive medicine at its finest- bring back the joy of practicing medicine while balancing one's professional, financial, and personal life
- Rare and highly sought after opportunity to practice with the highest quality of care.
- Step into a successful, well-established concierge practice from a prominent retiring Primary Care Physician with a panel of 300-500 patients.
- Daily schedule averages 4-12 patients, allowing for longer and more comprehensive visits
- Doctor of Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois from top medical school and residency program.
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association.
- MD or DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Preferred 5-10 years experience
