Position Highlights
- Independent, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals that provides a full range of Endocrinology medicine.
- In collaboration with physician, direct and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care within the interdisciplinary team.
- Full complement of admin and clinical provider support to assist with patient care.
- Flexible full-time schedule (i.e., 32 - 40 hrs/wk) from 8:00a - 4:30p.
- No evenings or weekends.
- Outpatient focused, phone-only on-call support (low/manageable volume).
- Comfortable treating all aspects in Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders including Diabetes, thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances.
- Responsible for office consults, follow up appointments and outpatient procedures.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients.
- Consult with patient’s primary care physician and other specialists as needed.
- Travel between multiple Endocrinology offices within close proximity to each other throughout Belleville, Maplewood, & Springfield (New Jersey).

Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New Jersey or has New Jersey application in process.
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Active New Jersey CDS License or ability to obtain prior to start.
