Position Summary
This position is an expansion to our existing outpatient clinic located within 1 mile from the hospital's main campus. This is an amazing opportunity to help establish and build an extremely successful practice in our growing community.
Minimum Requirement

Minimum Requirement
- MD or DO Degree
- Residency/Fellowship trained from an accredited Urology program
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Onvida Health
