This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on an older demographic with higher healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services with a special emphasis on geriatric care.
- Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and manage chronic conditions.
- Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:6, from Monday PM to Monday AM the following week.

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for geriatric care.
