- Full-time position - 36 patient contact hours each week; flexible scheduling available
- No call responsibilities
- Competitive salary guarantee $140,000 - $145,000 with comprehensive benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision and malpractice insurance, CME budget/time, 4 weeks of PTO, 401(K) with match and profit sharing
- Marketing, mentoring, and support provided for new provider
