We Are Seeking a Program Medical Director To Lead And Develop a Comprehensive Neonatal System Of Care In Las Vegas, NV. The Board-Certified Neonatologist Will Focus On The Clinical Practice Of a Large Team Of Physicians And Advanced Practitioners. This Market Approach Works Closely With Three (3) Hospitals

- Sunrise Children's Hospital - a Level III NICU with 72 beds
- MountainView Hospital - a Level III NICU with 24 beds
- Southern Hills Medical Center - a Level III NICU with 15 beds
Services Include
- Neonatal ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, (jet and oscillators) and total body cooling.
- Full pediatric subspecialty support including a busy pediatric cardiovascular surgery program.
- Resident and medical student teaching with an opportunity for an academic appointment.
- CQI and clinical research opportunities.
- Hold administrative responsibilities include developing protocols, policies, processes, and standardizing care across the system.
- Lead the strategy for care and growth for the Neonatal services throughout the region.
- Interface with the hospital and division leadership teams to manage the relationships with key stakeholders.
- Have protected clinical time
- Board Certification in Neonatology
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Advanced Master's level degree preferred but not required
