Advanced Oral Surgery & Periodontics is growing and have added additional providers at our Lakeville location! We are looking to add an outgoing individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, team player to help us grow the practice and continue to serve the Lakeville and surrounding communities with all their oral surgery and periodontal needs. Previous dental experience a plus but not required.
The primary role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to support the success of the surgeons to provide exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meets the needs of our patients. Scheduling Coordinators provide a variety of patient care and office duties as described below.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide concierge level customer service and maintain professional relationships while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.
- Answer phone promptly and with a smile.
- Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms.
- Prepare daily schedule and patient charts for providers maintaining confidentiality of all information in compliance with HIPAA.
- Maintain reception area in neat and orderly condition.
