- Authorized to work in the United States
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- 2 years of experience as an ICU - Registered Nurse (RN)
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS
- Required: Heart Recovery experience, balloon pump, and CRRT training
- An active, current (OH) State License or Compact License
