- Radius Rule: 60-mile radius applies
- Active KY State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable
- 2 years of experience as a Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid BLS
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Additional certifications may be required
