TJ Regional has a robust, in-demand Urology practice and is interviewing motivated, dynamic Urologists for succession planning. Enjoy a physician-friendly hospital, half-day on Fridays, and quick ramp-up in a turnkey practice.

• 1.5 days OR time; 9-10 cases/week
• 20-25 patients per day
• 4.5-day workweek. Friday afternoons off
• No weekend call
• $715,000 = $635,000 Salary Quality Bonus
