- Schedule: As soon as possible – ongoing, Weekdays 7 am – 5 pm, Weekend 24-hour call
- Job Setting: hospital
- Types of Cases: general Vascular Surgery Procedures, Requirement Fluoroscopy for Major Vascular Surgery, Moderate Sedation
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Must have an active Pennsylvania license
