ABA Therapist - RBT

We are seeking passionate and motivated ABA Therapists to join our team, specializing in trauma-informed, play-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the greater Cleveland area.

Duties

  • Work 1:1 or 1:2 with children aged 18 months - 12 years
  • Implement ABA practices and behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with team members and other providers
  • Maintain client materials

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, full-time (35 hours/week), 9:00-3:30 schedule.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children and ABA implementation preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respond to challenging behaviors
