Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Role

Part Time COTA opportunities available in Defiance, OH for homebound patient care. Candidates must hold a current Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant license. The role involves:

• Communicating with office staff to manage patient intake and paperwork.
• Maintaining open communication with patients and home health agencies.
• Collaborating with the Lead Occupational Therapist for patient care.
• Providing in-home therapy services and educating patients and caregivers.
• Attending team meetings as needed.
  
  

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, ability to travel, strong communication skills, and preferred home healthcare experience.
