Position Summary: The PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant provides direct rehab care under a licensed PT's supervision, following laws and standards.

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; active state license required.
  • Experience: Preferred one year in post-acute care.
  • CPR certification required upon hire.
  • Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office; liaise with patients and families; demonstrate good body mechanics; make independent decisions; maintain confidentiality.
  • Essential Functions: Follow treatment plans, chart accurately, provide excellent customer service, assist in patient evacuation, and communicate effectively in a team.
