The Health Evolution facility, located 20 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin, provides top-notch care for residents by focusing on life enrichment and quality care.
We offer various shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:
• 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2:15pm-10:45pm
• 10:30pm-7:00am
All shifts require weekend work. As a valued member of our team, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate, along with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses for full-time positions.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid nursing license and CPR/BLS certification. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct nursing care to our residents
• Supervising nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care
• Managing resident documentation to maintain accurate records
