We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
- Flexible hours with shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
- Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
- Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model.
- Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car based on eligibility).
- Focus on overall health, medication history, and physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment regimens.
- Short-term or long-term positions available.
- Must have a Master's degree and state license; willingness to travel preferred.
