Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Skin & Wound Provider

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our skin and wound care team in Oregon. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, providing high-quality wound care, and collaborating with medical specialists. Candidates should have 1-2 years of wound care experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

  • Compensation: $124,000 - $145,000 DOE with bonus potential
  • Full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
  • Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and continuing education support
