Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with Skilled Nursing Facility experience to provide therapy and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and discharging patients when goals are met.

Requirements

  • Active state PT license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years
