  • Position / Specialty : Med Lab Technician
  • Years of experience REQ : 1 year
  • First-timers accepted : No
  • Skillset required : Hospital clinical lab, previous charge experience
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
  • Weekend REQ : Every third
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD based on unit needs
  • Locals accepted : Y – same rate as travelers.
  • Guaranteed Hours : Contracted hours guaranteed.

    • Job Requirements

  • FL State License required.
  • ASCP preferred.
  • Pending License accepted : No
  • 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within LAST YEAR must be included with submission
  • Flu vaccine required 10 / 31-3 / 31 Medical / Religious Exemptions ONLY.

    • Schedule Information

  • Contract Length : 13 weeks
  • RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.

    • Additional Details

  • Required for Home Care / Hospice / DME to run MVR background search
  • AHA Instructor or Provider only. RQI accepted. Confirmed required : ER, Stepdown / PCU, ICU, PACU, Interventional Radiology and Dialysis.
  • AHA Required (Instructor or Provider); RQI Accepted. Confirmed required for PACU, ER.
  • Confirmed required for PACU, MS, Tele, Stepdown / PCU, ICU, ER, Oncology, Dialysis units. Must be renewed annually.
