Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Attendant to join our dynamic team at our corporate client site in Alexandria, VA.
Hours of work :
Sun and Sat 2 : 30pm to 8 : 00pm.
Mon, Tue and Fri 6 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm.
What You’ll Do :
Welcome and Assist Members : Be the first point of contact, greeting and checking in members with a smile.
Provide Information : Share details about our programs, services, and memberships.
Ensure Satisfaction : Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure every member has a positive experience.
Other duties as needed / required.
HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our client site located in . In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR / AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Compensation : $12.50 / Hour - $13.00 / Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
