Health Force, a premier in-home personal care company, seeks an experienced Sales Representative.
Position Summary : This outside sales position will be assigned a territory in the Buffalo, NY area. The new sales team member must build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals to meet their monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and create relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market. We seek a candidate with a solid book of business and a proven track record of implementing marketing / sales strategies, building relationships, establishing a new business, and valuing a collaborative and fun work environment.
Offering a base salary $60,000 - $90,000 plus a monthly commission plan. You must have a book of business already established in the Buffalo, NY area.
Qualifications :
- Must have an active book of business in the Buffalo, NY area
- Solid community and professional contacts within the geographic market
- A minimum of 2 years outside healthcare experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
- One year of home care sales experience is required
- Intermediate knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas
- Basic knowledge of physician, hospital or skilled nursing facility, case management, and discharge planning services
